Contact Portline as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order. We will try to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Any eligible return must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product selection, compatibility, colour, quantity, delivery address and contact details before completing checkout.
Portline is not required to provide a refund or exchange where a customer has simply changed their mind, found the product elsewhere for a lower price, ordered the wrong model or no longer requires the product.
This includes purchases where the product is functional but does not suit the customer because the required capacity, wattage, connector, port configuration, cable type or device compatibility was not checked before purchase.
A change-of-mind restriction does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Products purchased from Portline are covered by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Products must be of acceptable quality, safe, reasonably durable, fit for their normal purpose and consistent with their description.
A problem may be considered major where the product is unsafe, substantially different from its description, cannot perform its normal purpose or has a serious issue that would have prevented a reasonable customer from purchasing it.
Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose between a replacement or refund. Other remedies may also apply depending on the circumstances.
Where a problem is minor and can be corrected within a reasonable time, Portline may arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or other remedy.
Portline may inspect or test a returned product before confirming the appropriate remedy. Assessment may include reviewing the product, accessories, cables, charging source, device compatibility and reported operating conditions.
Inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Contact Portline promptly if:
Where possible, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and affected product. Reporting an issue outside this period does not automatically remove any rights available under Australian law.
Keep the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed, as it may be required for carrier assessment or safe return instructions.
Warranty periods may vary between Anker, SHARGE, Baseus, UGREEN, ROMOSS and other products available through Portline. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the relevant period will be displayed on the product page or supplied with the product.
Manufacturer warranties are additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The expiry of a manufacturer warranty does not automatically remove any consumer guarantee rights that may continue to apply for a reasonable product lifespan.
A manufacturer warranty may not cover damage caused by:
These exclusions apply to voluntary or manufacturer warranty coverage only and do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products returned without prior authorisation may be delayed, refused where legally permitted or returned to the sender.
Do not send a swollen, leaking, punctured, overheating or visibly damaged power bank through standard post. Stop using the product, keep it away from heat and flammable materials, and contact Portline for safe handling instructions.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, incorrectly supplied, damaged in transit or otherwise covered by an applicable consumer guarantee, Portline will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required.
Portline may provide a prepaid return label or other approved return method. Customers should not arrange premium, express or international return services unless approved in advance.
For returns that are not connected to a product fault or Portline error, shipping and handling costs remain the customer’s responsibility where the return has been expressly approved.
Portline is not responsible for parcels sent without sufficient postage, without tracking or contrary to the supplied return instructions.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless another method is agreed with the customer.
Portline aims to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and assessed.
Additional processing time may be required by your bank, card provider or payment service before the funds appear in your account. Portline cannot control financial institution processing times.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for approved change-of-mind returns. This does not apply where reimbursement is required because the product failed to meet a consumer guarantee or Portline supplied the incorrect product.
Approved replacements are subject to product availability. Where the same product is unavailable, Portline may offer:
Portline will not substitute a product without the customer’s agreement where the customer is legally entitled to choose the remedy.
Charging speed and available output depend on the connected device, charging protocol, selected port, cable rating and the number of devices connected at the same time.
Customers should review product specifications before ordering, including:
Contact Portline before purchase if you need help comparing a product with your device. Compatibility guidance is based on the information available and does not replace the device manufacturer’s specifications.
